Designed to be a super meditative knit, the knits and purls form a motif of cascading acorns (which come from the oak tree – genus Quercus), perfectly textured to scrub scrub scrub! This motif has a cool geometric pattern on the back (right photo), making this beauty a wonderful reversible motif.
I never went through a “dish cloth” phase, and so I’m making up for it now. I’m hooked. A great way to test out new stitch patterns, learn new techniques (like working slipped stitches and under loose stitches) and get a practical little swatch while you’re at it.
